"Baggage info was mostly right, but still annoying"
Booking was fine overall, and to be fair, the baggage allowance they showed mostly matched what the airline had. But the cabin bag size detail was kind of unclear, so of course I had to go to the airline’s site and double-check it myself. Not the end of the world, but it’s frustrating when you’re booking and just want the info to be exact the first time

"Easy to follow and everything checked out"
I booked my flight through travelopick.com, and thankfully the itinerary they sent matched the airline’s site exactly. The dates, times, layover, and passenger name were all correct, which matters a lot because when you’re trusting a company with travel plans, they really should get the basics right.
I’m giving 4 stars only because the confirmation email took a bit longer than I expected. Once it arrived, though, it was clear and accurate. Overall, it felt fair and straightforward, and I didn’t run into any real problems

"Uh, the price was lower than I…"
Uh, the price was lower than I expected, which was a nice surprise.
"I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the…"
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the agent I spoke with was actually really professional and patient. I had a few questions about changing my flight, and he explained everything without making me feel rushed. I got a little mixed up with the dates, but he stayed calm, which I appreciated. Booking travel usually stresses me out, so I’m kind of surprised to say this felt easy. Overall, a good experience with travelopick.com.

"Got my schedule update super fast"
They texted me about the schedule change really quickly, which was a big help :)
"Made my travel paperwork less confusing"
I was booking an international trip and got a little stressed about the passport rules and visa details. Travelopick.com explained it in a way that actually made sense, and I could compare it with the emails and booking receipts I had already saved.
What I appreciated most was that it didn’t feel overly complicated or packed with travel jargon. It was just simple guidance on what documents to check before heading to the airport.
It saved me from making a bunch of calls and second-guessing everything. For someone like me who doesn’t travel abroad very often, it was genuinely helpful.
"Decent support, just a little slow"
I had to wait a bit before they got back to me, but they did eventually reply and helped sort out my booking question. It wasn’t the fastest response, but it wasn’t terrible either. Did anyone else have to wait a while for a reply too?

"Had to wait a bit on the insurance stuff"
The insurance help was fine overall, just a little slower than I expected, haha. It got handled eventually, but I did have to wait around for a bit
"Payment felt safe and smooth"
I booked my flight on travelopick.com and the payment process was easy. I was a little cautious at first, but the page looked secure and I got my confirmation right after I paid. No strange charges showed up and I didn’t have any card issues. If there had been unclear fees or a delayed confirmation, that would’ve been totally preventable, but luckily everything went smoothly. I’d use them again.

"Airline coordination was sorta messy"
It felt like they didn’t really sync up with my airline very well. Things got a little confusing, and the coordination was sorta all over the place.

"Pretty easy, just a bit clicky"
It was easy enough to use overall, but it took a few more clicks than I expected to get where I needed. Not a huge problem or anything, just felt like it could’ve been a little smoother, I guess...

"Felt legit and easy"
Well... I booked my flight through travelopick.com and it went smoothly. I was a little unsure at first, so after paying I checked both my confirmation email and the airline’s booking page just to be safe.
Everything matched up, there weren’t any random extra charges, and their support actually replied when I had a quick question. Overall, it felt trustworthy to me, and I’d use them again...

"Ticket confirmation came through smoothly"
Got my ticket confirmation without any problems. I had checked with support and they basically said, “Yep, you’re all set,” and sure enough, everything came through just fine. Really easy experience overall...

"Got the exact aisle seat I picked"
I chose an aisle seat when I booked and thought there might be some avoidable mix-up later. But Travelopick had the same seat showing on the airline’s site too, and when I checked in, it was still there. Simple experience, no hassle.
"Traveler info was “spot on”"
All my traveler info showed up correctly, and I didn’t run into any issues. Everything was “right” and easy to confirm.

"They took care of my request just fine"
I had a special request and, they handled it quickly. Not sure why anyone would make a big deal out of it because it was sorted without any hassle. Appreciate the help...
"Felt a little rushed to book"
I found a decent flight deal on travelopick.com, but the whole process felt kind of pressured. The agent kept pushing me to book right away, which made it a bit stressful when I really just wanted a little time to think it over. The price turned out to be okay in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Personally, I’d say it’s fine if you’re ready to book fast, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable with how rushed it was.

"Support was actually easy to deal with"
I had to cancel one time and then later on change the dates too, which I thought was going to be a whole annoying thing. But support answered quick and got it sorted without making it into a big headache, so that was nice honestly

"I booked a flight and then..."
I booked a flight and then kept getting nudged to add all these extra services I didn’t really need. By the end, the total price felt a bit less clear than it should have. Anyway... the site worked fine for actually making the booking, but the whole process was more annoying than I expected.

"Booking Was Fine, But the Fine Print Is Annoying"
The booking process itself was smooth, but the fees didn’t feel totally clear until later on. I ended up having to read through the policy pages twice just to figure out what counted for changes or cancellations. It feels like there are little policy loopholes where they can technically say the info is there, but it’s buried in the fine print. The site isn’t bad overall, I just wish they showed all the charges and rules upfront instead of making you dig for them.
